As it says on the tin, Diversity Leisure is the management arm of our group of diverse offerings including Gastro Pubs, Hotels, Asian and Mexican Restaurants and even encompassing our latest addition to the family – modern Greek dining.
We are based throughout Scotland, focusing in Argyll & Highlands region with our central hub in the Seafood Capital of Scotland – Oban.
Diversity Leisure was founded in 2006 by Paul Sloan and is jointly operated by a fantastic team including Alex Needham, who is celebrating 20 years in the Fishouse, and Iain Gallie, celebrating his ninth year since our founding day & Marc Honeyman our talented city based Executive chef.
With our first opening of the highly acclaimed Cuan Mor Gastro Pub and Brewery, this has brought us both great success and also great motivation to grow in the west coast of Scotland and central belt.
We’re also excited to have the multi-award winning Waterfront Fishouse Restaurant, now celebrating it’s 22nd year, Topolabamba, our modern approach to exceptional Mexican cuisine, and Chaakoo, our creative addition to Indian small plate dining out in Glasgow, along with Mezzidakia, Glasgow’s only real Greek tapas restaurant and bar.
We’re also proud to present our newest hotel The Taynuilt Inn, aptly named after the busy town it resides, along with our fashionable and cool addition The Garrison Hotel in Fort William.
Our very latest acquisition which will go under extensive restoration is The Ben Nevis Bar in Fort William, look out for the exciting changes coming for 2020.
